Serving Suggestion

• Scoop size: 10g (1 level tablespoon included in pack)

• Adults: Mix two scoops (20g) into 350–400ml water in a shaker bottle once or twice daily

• Children under 12: Mix one scoop (10g) once or twice daily

• Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and drink immediately (product thickens if left standing)

• Best taken 10–30 minutes before meals
