Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To receive a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, along with the receipt. Please note that the refund will only be issued once the product is returned to our store or via post, and a tracking number must be provided for returns sent through the mail. Return postage is not covered by Natural Miracles, unless otherwise agreed upon with management. Once the returned product is received, Natural Miracles will refund the full amount to the customer's nominated bank account.
