Qenda Everyday Fibre contains certified organic ingredients including Psyllium Husk, Hibiscus Sabdariffa, Liquorice Root, Slippery Elm Bark, Marshmallow Root, Rosehip, Oat Straw, Cinnamon Verum Bark, Ashwagandha Root, Turmeric Root, Chlorella Vulgaris, Irish Moss, Yucca Root, Aloe Vera, Barberry Bark, Paw Paw Leaf, Passionflower, Skullcap, Astragalus Root, Violet Leaf, Mullein, Natural Flavour and Natural Sweetener Thaumatin.

Serving Suggestion
A serving scoop is included in the pack. One level scoop contains fifteen grams which is approximately one and a half level tablespoons.
Mix one level scoop of Qenda Everyday Fibre or half a scoop for children under twelve in three hundred fifty to four hundred millilitres of water in a shaker bottle once or twice daily.
Secure the lid, shake for ten seconds, and drink immediately. The mixture will naturally thicken if left to stand.
Best used ten to thirty minutes before meals.
Close the lid tightly after opening and store in a cool dry place. Do not refrigerate.
