Our Organic Tremella Extract Powder is a versatile ingredient that can be added to drinks, baking, and raw treats. Tremella, also known as the “Snow Fungus,” is a translucent mushroom that grows in clusters on hardwood logs in warm climates. Its delicate, cloud-like appearance has made it a valued culinary ingredient for centuries.

We source our Tremella mushrooms ethically and sustainably from an organic farm in Gutian County, Fujian Province. Using the traditional hardwood growing method, the mushrooms are harvested between October and May and processed through a dual hot water extraction (no alcohol used).

We use 100% fruiting bodies with no fillers or excipients. The extract is spray-dried without carriers, ensuring a clean and consistent powder. Every batch undergoes third-party laboratory testing to verify purity and authenticity.
