Aged Fermented Black Garlic is known for its rich flavour profile and smooth, mellow finish. Our black garlic begins as fresh garlic bulbs which are placed into a low thermal gentle fermentation environment for up to fifty days. Once complete, it is extracted and standardised to contain more than 0.1% S Allyl Cysteine SAC. The result is a fine extract powder with a naturally softened taste that is easy to enjoy and gentle on the stomach.

We offer our Aged Fermented Black Garlic extract powder in 300ml violet glass jars. These wide neck jars are specially designed to be 100% airtight with a cushion seal for lasting freshness. The Biphotonic glass filters sunlight only allowing infra-red and UVA light through. This preserves the effectiveness of light sensitive powders. We encourage customers to reuse the jars. We also offer a resealable airtight pouch.

How To Use
Stir 1 level small culinary teaspoon (1.5g) of the extract powder into hot water. Use as a traditional tea or add to your favourite drinks, nourish bowls, baking and raw treats. Does not cause bad breath and is gentle on the stomach.
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
