Nature's Shield Organic Cotton Castor Oil Packs

Nature's Shield reusable castor oil packs are made from GOTS-certified organic cotton. Choose the pack style that best suits how you plan to use it.

Pack options

• Waist Pack: wraps securely around the waist or torso using adjustable elastic straps and a button-and-loop closure. A heat pack (not included) can be placed in the front pouch.
• Neck Pack: fits around the neck using an adjustable hook-and-loop closure and can also be positioned around joints such as the wrist, elbow, knee, ankle or foot.

How to use

Apply castor oil to the white lining, secure the pack comfortably and leave it in place for 45 minutes to one hour. Remove the pack and wipe the area with a warm, damp towel. Castor oil is sold separately.

Precautions

Do a spot test and wait 24 hours before use. The manufacturer advises against using castor oil packs during pregnancy or menstruation.
