The Lion’s Mane mushroom is one of the most distinctive in the fungi kingdom, easily recognised by its cascading white appearance that resembles delicate icicles.

Lion’s Mane has a long history of traditional use and cultural significance, where it has been valued for its unique characteristics and naturally occurring plant compounds. It can be included in daily routines and beverages as a flavouring extract.

Historically, Lion’s Mane was considered a highly regarded mushroom and was at times associated with special or ceremonial use and reserved only for the royals due to its status.
