Organic Maitake

Maitake mushrooms have been enjoyed in Asian cuisine for centuries, valued for their distinctive taste and culinary versatility. Ancient foragers even nicknamed them the “Dancing Mushroom” due to the joy of finding them in the wild.

Our Organic Maitake Mushroom Extract Powder is made from mushrooms ethically and sustainably sourced from Zhejiang Province, China. We use the traditional hardwood growing method, followed by a dual hot water extraction process (no alcohol used). Each harvest is fully traceable back to the farm, with crops collected in April and October.

We use 100% fruiting bodies with no fillers or excipients. The concentrate is spray-dried without carriers, preserving the integrity of the mushroom powder. Every batch is tested by third-party laboratories to verify purity and authenticity.

Packaging options include:

• 300ml Miron violet glass jars, designed with airtight seals to protect freshness.

• Resealable airtight pouches (100g or 250g), which can also be used as refills for the glass jars.

Storage:
